Unless otherwise agreed, the copyright for all created works remains with Auric Film until full payment is received. Use of the work for portfolio purposes is generally reserved.

Liability

Auric Film is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria. Austrian law applies.
