Unless otherwise agreed, the copyright for all created works remains with Auric Film until full payment is received. Use of work for portfolio purposes is generally reserved.

Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria. Austrian law applies.
